There are few places more peaceful and beautiful than the moorings at Cox's Boatyard - Positioned on the edge of Barton Broad and leading onto the River Ant, Cox's makes an ideal location from which to start your boating adventures. Whether a day trip or something a little more serious, Cox's is surrounded by wildlife and nature and provides good access to such idillic locations as the broads at Stalham, Sutton and Neatishead as well as access to the Bure and on to Southern rivers of the broads.
The new toilet & shower block will be built from 26/05/09 and finished 15/09/09 There will be porta loo's available in the meantime.

Big Boats and Small Boats...

At Cox's we can accomodate a wide range of boats, from small dinghies to 40ft plus motor cruisers. All our moorings are well maintained with safe walkways and good access.

You'll also have access to electricity, water, gas and toilet facilities and even special trolley's to help you get your kit from the car to the boat! The moorings at Cox's are sheltered by nearby trees, providing excellent protection from the elements and a nice sun-trap.

We understand the value of boats and take great care to ensure all our customer boats have a secure mooring and protected, where possbile, from the risk of damage. Cox's moorings are right outside our workshops, so you can be sure that we will keep an eye on your boat on daily basis.
