An excellent example of this very sort after model of Classic Broads cruiser. This Freeman 22 Mk2 come with original gel coat, classic chrome fittings, and a newly fitted canopy.

This is a 4 berth boat powered by a Ford Watermota Petrol Engine. Length 22ft, Beam 7ft 6.

The Galley is complete with gas hob, grill and oven, sink with cold water, and recently fitted under seat electric chest fridge.

The 4 berths made of a double in the dinette area and 2 singles births forward in the bow. Dinette and forward berths are separated by a toilet compartment, with potaloo, and a wardrobe opposite. All curtains and carpets have been replace over the last 3 years, and cushion are in excellent condition. All interior panelling varnished with a high depth of sheen.

The cockpit area is very tidy with lots of locker space.
A leisure battery is constantly topped up from solar panels through an electronic regulator.

Boat currently moored adjacent to the beautiful Barton Broad nature reserve, mooring paid up until the end of October.

Boat safety certificate until July 2012.

Overall a very good example on the water and ready to go.

A delightful two berths river cruiser that is very roomy, making it ideal for a couple and will easily accommodate six on a day basis.

It is hydraulic prop shaft driven from a B.M.C diesel engine and features a roll back canopy. It has undertaken the B.S.C. 27ft x 9ft-6in. Glass hull with teak top.

Billie is a charming 21 ft clinker built traditional sailing cruiser. Two berth, electric outboard with built in charger, bermuder rig and well maintained.

Built Cicra.1900 thoroughly restored - Bermudan Rig, Self-tacking jib, Bowsprite and spare jib sail. 2 birth cabin with lifting top. Combination cabin/cockpit covers. Mast lowering winch, quant pole, mooring ropes fenders and mud weight.

Porta Poti, brass clock and barometer. Single burner cylinder gas stove in cockpit locker. Crockery and pans.

The MacGregor 26 is a much sought after boat. Its innovative bilge/keel design enables it to be easily trailered despite its large size. Furthermore, it is designed to cruise at speed when under power from the outboard and has a spacious and comfortable cabin area.
